Joeletta Patrick, MBA

Joeletta Patrick is a government program manager and an electrical engineer.  As an Agency Program Manager with a Federal agency in Washington, D.C., Joeletta oversees a national program that assists educational institutions increase the number of underrepresented and underserved students in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Earlier in her career she served as a flight controller for NASA’s International Space Station (ISS) program.

 

Joeletta is also an ordained minister and motivational speaker. She spends time doing motivational speaking in schools and for educational institutions across the country to students about the exciting world of STEM. In addition, she works with institutions and national organizations to help increase educational opportunities for African American, Native Americans, Hispanics, Asian Americans, women, veterans, and persons with disabilities. Some of her volunteer activities includes volunteering with the DePelchin Childrens Center to work with foster and adopted children.

 

Joeletta is also the owner of Joe's Kakes and Kremes, a cupcake and private catering business. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 1997, and her Masters in Business Administration. from the University of Maryland.  Joeletta is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
